To support Decathlon’s new stand on intern talent promotion, we were in charge of producing a short and impacting reel video reflecting the efforts of the brand to involve their eployees in the company’s life, from training to testing to appearing on promotional content.
We also created a dedicated web platform to make accessible the results of a study measuring the confidence of the brands employees towards the group’s products.
As always, it was a great pleasure to help this pioneer company to take this huge step towards a more inclusive and talent promoting company.
